The last part, Batman vs Skynet vs Predator, is fine.  The first part was a mess. Superman shows up for all of 2 seconds to get shot at, then Batman.. blows up a factory and suddenly it's the apocolypse?

Cut the first part, expand the last part, and you might have something worthwhile.
