Depending on your funding, you can cap dex anywhere from 40 (like him) to 80 (me) and use non top/bottom dex equips to reach your desired amount (which should be enough to equip the claw of your choice, my examples of dex are enough to equip a Red Craven). Then, for top and bottom, you get %luk potential'd level 80 or so thief equips to boost your luk. Hope this helps. I am a level 114 Hermit on Bera soon to be Night Lord :D
