Actually the power of any moves is not cut in half. You are all wrong. It'll do the same amount of damage to the Pokemon as if it were the only one out. So if this were a single battle and it was Espeon vs Corphish after he defeated Koffing, critical hit from Bubble would still do 3 damage. If it was Umbreon vs Corphish, Bubble would still do 2 damage. Your confusion here is daunting and the only thing that gets cut in half is EXP Points earned apart from the RPG games.
@MichaelXD001 Any move that hits two opponents is cut to 75% base power. That's how the game works. People nerdier than you have researched this extensively.
I failed to think of an adequate sarcastic comment this time around. You win Datai. lol
(Although I did sort of have a feeling that it might be the Japanese name, or at least something similar. Still though... why not properly translate it?)
You can buy 3 Pokeballs for the price of one Great Ball. Since a Great Ball only has a 1.5 catch rate, I think buying many Pokeballs is the better deal.
I could be wrong, because I'm not completely sure on how to calculate probability like that. But I don't like using the stronger balls anyway, because it just seems kinda cheap to me. Great and Ultra aren't so bad, but Dusk is. I wish those had never been made.
You'll never run out of money in Pokemon. Ever. So you may as well buy the ball that will catch the Pokemon in (on average) fewer tries. Especially in my case, since I'm recording all this.
I run out of money in Colosseum. In the post-game, I bought like 20 cologne massage things, because I was tired of walking around for hours to purify stuff. And I got to the point where my money was in the triple digits.
This is a little off subject, but seeing the Castform and its size compared to people reminded me: In Mystery Dungeon, Castform is size 4. Does anyone have a explanation for that?
Also, Awakenings are only for waking things up outside of battle. Call is only for waking up in-battle, raising accuracy, and- (cut off because of spoilers).
ur poor but ur not broke....... you've got $10 left

You could have fought people. Or used the Agate glitch, but I know that's against your morals.
Datai 2 years ago
I don't know what the Agate glitch is. And I did use the Master Ball glitch in this game because I had trouble with the last set of trainers.
Also, I fought plenty of people. It's just slow, and I feel bad taking money from people over and over.

I have a feeling that will be a trend, unfortunately. Battles in this game are slow, and animations can't be turned off.

oh, I guess that's the bad thing about Colosseum, but never mind, I'm not an impatient person anyway.

I don't like the battles either but I still really like this game and the walkthrough :D
but I like XD more than colosseum :)
