Actually, last summer everything in the video looked exactly the same. Only all the apartment buildings look older. The city is just much larger now and includes newer, more modern areas,like the Pudong. The area shown at the very beginning of the video is the Bund, across the river from Pudong. The iconic buildings shown in the Bund look much today as they did around early 20th century when they were built as Brittish, American, Russian, German, French (etc.) embassies and banks (etc.).
Wow what a makeover! What happened to all these old buildings? Were all of them broken down?
