I have both Bust a move 3DX and 99
to unlock new characters you have to win 7 rounds of win contest to unlock the monkey
14 for the fish and
21 rounds for the black drunk
IMPORTANT: DO NOT LOSE ONCE OR ELSE YOU CAN"T UNLOCK THEM
