This is really sad, but it is good layout because it's rare that a cartoon gets into someone's heart and makes their emotional boundaries bend and flex to make a space for a small, short, unreal moment that is so moving. This makes you despair in your heart for tails, sympathize with cosmo, and basically puts you into the shoes of these two charachters, so closely intwined.

It could have used better actors though.
