By keeping the "Patriot Act" that Bush started going, which he said he would get rid of. Many of his ideas and the ideas of un-elected officials that he has appointed or is planning to appoint also go against the constitution. You should look up some of these "czars" as they are called. I found it quite interesting, and was surprised that Americans would really go for something like that, not that all of them do.

He insulted and alienated our allies, lifted caps on the corporations and banks, allowing them to invest in high risk mortgages, which ended up in the wall street collapse, used wiretappings on citizens without a warrant, broke international law by approving torture, and attacked Iraq on obviously faulty evidence.
