For those who think that Seven "Ripped Off" NBC's campaigns over the years, let me put it to you this way: Radio stations around the world use the same jingles in different cites, TV Stations often use the same news themes (And promotional campaigns) across the country, and yes, International TV networks tend to borrow from American advertising--and sometimes vice versa--in order to sell themselves.
They do it all through this thing called "Licensing". If you pay enough money, you can use it.
Except for the "Circle 7" logo, this is virtually the same bumper as the one NBC {U.S.} used before the start of most of their programs between 1984 and '86; all that's missing is Danny Dark's announcement [:05], "This is the N-B-C Television Network!", followed the jingle singers: "NBC, 'Let's All Be There'!".
They aren't. They just used promos and stuck their logo in...and used NBC programming....and....OMG! I JUST REALIZED THAT CHANNEL 7 IS LIKE AN NBC AFFILIATE....discounting the fact that they show desperate housewives....
I don't know but abc1 australia and BBC are sister channels but BBC didn't want to buy them. Probably NBC might of but there could of been a no in that fourm
Surely it would be outside the BBC's public service remit in the UK to purchase ABC, and be against ABC's in Aussie (not that the Aus govt would sell it). What a stupid comment!

Channel 7 did bought the rights of many NBC campaigns... As Be There, Let's all be there...
In Brazil SBT made it too...
For TVs around the world, it's good to be "americanized"...
