kailangan po ba talaga verified ang account sa paypal? kailangan pa ba ng credit card para maverified? kasi di ko mawithdraw ang pera ko sa paypal eh need pa verification... :-/

Pwde ka bumili ng VCC virtual credit card na nagkakahalagang 5-10$ sa sulit.com.ph

Or mag open ka ng EON Debit card for 350 sa UnionBank. Bring ID

Then pwde mo gamitin yun pang verified ng account mo sa paypal or pwde mo dun i-withdraw yung pera mo sa paypal. Dual purpose yung EON Debit card ng UnionBank
