@darkritual667 Ironically, in Denver the SRT-4 is slightly quicker than an STi. The Neon SRT-4's ECU has a built in accelerometer which will increase boost if the car isn't accelerating as quickly as it should be. But generally speaking, you're right. But the Cobalt is just a POS.

I just bought a 06 ss/sc/ Its bone stock and feels really slow. I test drove an srt4 and went with the cobalt because it "felt" like a better car. Any advice on possible issues with the car. What mod should I do 1st?? I need advice.

@udavZ Ok so first of all I OWN a WRX and I am a part of running the biggest Subaru forum in the New England region, and there are A LOT more thing that separate the STI from the WRX. And to top it all off I KNOW and I am friends with the owner of the WRX and yes it is in fact a WRX. So I think I would know. You sir are wrong and don't know that your talking about.

the WRX STi is 305 Hp @ 6300rpm
And Note The Small ass Spoiler which would make this the WRX....NOT an STi.

@ccstud13 there is no engine sound from the subaru. i heard the cobalts engine/turbo. and the subaru didnt even recognize the fact that they were racing. he was too far ahead to begin with to notice the motion made by the driver of the slowbalt.

@WagglyBurrito I own ss/sc with 2.6 inch pulley, injectors and a tune and I left behind my friends 2004 wrx just like this guy. Unlike cars with turbos I don't have to wait for my boost it's instant. Thats the reason the cobalt jumped ahead.

@RatzSSSC that bugeye has only around 230's stock, the new wrx's are around 265 stock. With a k&n drop in, some royal purple and 93 pump you can see about 240's at the wheels for 02 to 05. and yes fwd sux. Pull feeling < Push feeling
