im sorry but this is totally not accurate information: muscles cannot contract 35 times per second!!!. 30-50 Hertz is the frequency which causes muscle contraction. Thus the frequency that the plate vibrates creates a muscle contraction. this is disinformation. and the problem is if you have a stimulus not directed at a motor point in the muscle the overall contraction will be small
Slow twitch fibers can produce 10 to 30 contractions per second (10 to 30 Hz). Fast twitch fibers can produce 30 to 70 contractions per second (30 to 70 Hz). They are talking about a muscle fibers. There is a lot of interesting studies done that you can view for free online. Look for vibration though if you want to find more reports that aren't talking about specific machines, but rather the effects of vibration on the muscles.
im sorry it is still not accurate or physiological what you are saying . if you take a TENS unit or interferntial unit and a apply a 30Hz frequancy the result will be a one single contraction that you can view! all that i was saying is that you are confusing resonation frequancy with contraction. by the way i am a physical therapist and exercise physiologist and well familiar with the research.
I went through breast cancer partial mastectomy and couldn't move my arm well having had lymph glands out, couldn't lift weight, couldn't drive a non-hydraulic wheel car, couldn't lie on my operated side, all my torso and armpit muscles were jumbled after the operation and all this for 2 years.Took up this exercise and all was built up miraculously in 1.5 months with 3 half-hour workouts a week!Plus a spectacular figure change!I do it with a trainer and won't stop it EVER!!!!!!!Got my life back!

This isn't new tech, it's been around for years.
