BullMooseFilms, where can I get the Theatrical and Director's Cut? I can only seem to find the director's cut, which is about 20 minutes shorter, and it doesn't include this scene. :(

The director's cut is 20 minutes LONGER than the theatrical cut. The third version of the film is the 1991 Pioneer Laserdisc version, also reissued in 1996 by Columbia on Laserdisc. These versions are unavailable except through a used laserdisc. Or watching the stuff I have put up, which is all the missing footage. The difference between these LD versions and the director's cut is about 5 minutes.

No, this was cut from the Theatrical and Director's Cut. It is taken from the 1991 Pioneer Laserdisc release which restored more footage than the director wished to restore at the time of the DVD release.

This was actually removed from the Director's Cut DVD, but it was on the extended Laserdisc version.
