  • .... children's clothes and everything...

  • ermm...... this is exactly the same scenario that julia morris did in the Australian Version....

    exact same wording and everything

  • God Michael Mcintyre is so unfunny it hurts....

  • I think that, regarding how nervous she was, she turned it around brilliantly!

  • after hamish blake this sucks

  • she was bad.

  • Christ, that sucked.

  • is dara o'brian on any epasode?

  • Armchair comedian time:

"Have you seen the acts on this ship?"

"Have you seen the acts on Broadway?"

  • The 1 thing that hampers the UK version is the supporting cast who stick to the script to much, otherwise the UK version would be pretty close quality wise to the Aus version, the American version is lacking though

  • UK version seemed to be hampered most by the supporting actors who stuck to the script to much, the actual comedians did a gd job most of the time, some were brilliant but with improv those around you have to be able to improvise aswell, this versions big flaw. Otherwise the UK and Aus version are near level of quality

  • LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7:40

  • @rachelmacc Absolutely not

  • @rachelmacc big fat NO

  • OMG Michael McIntyre in a sailors uniform. i would have prefered him to strip lol. love him in this though xxx

  • oh my gosh! this is the same skit that Julia Morris had to do!

  • Have we set sail?

  • Michael in a saliors uniform *fans self* I'm dying! *swoons*

  • Ha! Me too! How have I not seen this before! I love McIntyre.

  • poor michael being dragged by the sketch instead of shaping it.

  • Original is the best, but this is still much much better than the american one..

  • anything is better than the americain one xx lol

  • Hmmmm, it's no where near as good as our Australian version but 10 points for giving it a go :)

  • yea tbf our version wasn't as good as the original, but i thought our british comedians were good on the Australian version which was good. :) and the Australian comedians on this version were really good as well.

the American version was just atrocious.

  • thats pretty much a perfect summary :)

  • Lol she was shitting herself! and i'm quite disapointed with Michaels, thought he would have been funnier lol

  • Same thing as one of them in Austrailia

  • I love it this part :

"It is absolutely right . . . Captain"

    "At ease,"

    "You've just got a promotion"

    XD

  • nicely edited

  • why is there always a fuckin feud between aussies, brits, and yanks? the world would be boring if all the former colonies and commonwealths had the exact same culture as britain....and i notice on alot of these brit show comment boards american hatred comes up for no reason, why is that?

  • because were amercians. Way back in the day, the British culture began to fade, because of the neglected "love" we got from england, and so us "colonials" eventually mutated into "americans"-lazy hick slobs. As americans, we feel psychologically compelled that we have to hate and neglect the rest of the world, as our mother nation(britain) did to us. Canada is our brother (we don't talk much), and Austrailia is our bad ass cousin.

  • Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!!!! I'll be your bad ass cousin any day.

  • I must say I sort of agree. We do make a point to sort of hate everyone because they hate us. But that's not actually at all true for a lot of Americans. I think it's tough and stupid to generalize people.

  • there was an american one?

  • i think the julia morris version was funnier but this wasnt bad

  • she may not b that gd but the bonkers line wasnt 2 bad

  • But she isn't a comedian, she's just an 'actress' on some soap, so we can't expect her to be hilarious

  • I find it rather amusing that I came here to vrelive the memories of watching this on tv, only to find myself in a cyberspacxe warzone between Brits and Aussies...

  • .I love this .. yeah all the scenes are the same but it is good because you still get different results...but still they could at least think of new ones.

  • I totally agree with you! I'm half American and I've been there. But the part where my dad's from is the best. But other than that it's crap. Aussie version rules

  • Aussie version rules.

  • Er...that's "different from". Not "different to". Just...thought you should know.

  • its in their contract to follow the same scenarios

  • Hey, i don't mean to affend anyone here, but have the english copyed our scences or has the australian copyed there's coz there like the same! i used to live in england so i'm not being mean just wondering whats going on??

  • Every country has a different sense of humour, just the american one dosnt really suit the show.

  • Damn, I was expecting Michael Macintyre to be better.

  • 'woried about so many things. mainly that i'm a stripper' LOL!!!!

  • this is the same ski as julia morris' hers was better

  • aussie vergen is defently the best

  • o...k that guy at the end of the scene did a very wierd laugh...scary

  • This is the same as Julia Morris' sketch, Both hilarious!

  • I think this version is really good, just as good as the aussie version. The US version is well, awful. lol.

  • Totally agree with you, the US one is pants!!

I hae to say that both Rufas Hound and Hamish Blake are the best and are the stars of each versions!!

  • Us version is kinda bad, but watch the harland williams episode, justa suggestion

  • Okay so i see people are split to what version is better uk or aussie. Australia is the original but i dont think that makes it better I think its down to the guests to make the show and theres been alot more aussie shows so they probably have more to watch. BUT rufus hounds scene about the car crash is SOOO much better then the aussie one end off!!

  • Aussie one is awesome, the american one SUCKS!!! the english one is a bit early to tell but quite good so far. actually this is all i've seen so far, do you know where i could see other episodes?

but I like the supporting cast better on the australian one

  • where can i find the first episode uk version?

  • who's the babe in the shorts and pink top?

  • I rekon the UK version rocks pretty well too. And im aussie.

  • i pretty sure "webeffect" didn't personally "rip it off", and if you're so proud that your country made it, then surely it's a good thing that we now make it over here too. I think both versions are good, but i have to say, i do prefer the U.K. one but mainly because i recognise the guests more.

  • i think webeffect was referring to the set props.

  • The people who created the show would not have let the english use it if the thought it would be crap.... and to be honest we have much better props than urs.

  • You haven't seen the American one then, obviously. They let them use it, and that was a crime.

  • who cares? its funny end of arguement

  • in terms of quality of laughter i'd say original is best but i agree that the set props in the UK version are great. Australian version props are ok, but they aren't the best.

  • haha, "in the arndale they've opened an indoor ski slope" that got me laughing alot, you can teel she is from stockport

  • that actor that laughed at the end of sally's scene is CRAZY he did the same to michael - abit strange .... love this though it is great !

  • haha mostly worried hes a stripper!! also, id love 2 c michael sweep paul off his feet, LOL

  • I loved how the actor cracked at the very end of Sally Lindsay's scene!
