Ok dummies...that engine starting sound is fake. The Volt does NOT make that noise. I'm not sure why it was added to this video. I have a Volt, and the only thing remote start does is turn on the climate control to warm or cool the car. I rarely use remote start, so i just went to my garage and tested it. The only sound you hear is the fan starting.

I like the Volt, but I love my camaro SS way more! I drove the Volt and it does not fell like a sports car.... But never the less, it a good car.
