Zakir Nayak is completelt incorrect about this concept of rebirth. Now give me the answer of one question. Every year a lot of child die just after their birth(i.e after half hour, 1 hour etc.). Now tell me Zakir Nayak, where will these children go, in heaven or hell and even their parents didn't get a chance to pass the test. Now some people are deaf and dumb. They cant see or listen so they are unable to see or listen quran. then where these people go, in heaven or hell.
Brother,Naik is Correct but u understand the Quran verse incorrectly.what the verse means was "Just as allah has created this life that we see,so He has decreed that death should be the common lot of all of us,if He can thus give life and death,as we see it,why should we refuse to believe that He can give us other forms when this life is over?TheFutureLife,though indicated
by what we know now,is to be on a wholly different plane".
hello, thank you for your input, and I am roughly familiar with that interpretation, but nowhere in the Quran do i see any reference to a different plane. Reference to "different planes" is always in the commentary by scholars like Yusuf Ali. and even if it does include different planes i dont see why this rules out rebirth because that view is identical to what most hindus and buddhists believe.
I appreciate that u have started reading Quran,& even i have gone through yusuf ali translation.but what i understand is that,Allah will again give life to us at the day of judgement,not in this world and also he can give us any form there .For Allah its easy to cause us die and again put life n no of times bcoz those who deserves hellfire Allah will burn them and again give them fresh skin so that they will feel the pain.And the word Plane can also be used for describing different place.
