Jason should get a better system like Stephen Hawking has. The eyes should control a computer so it can speak for him. It's not fair to use this primitive communication system which even requires 2 persons to operate.

@Welocy Do you know how Stephen Hawkings system works? check his website, he has to make entire sentences first - a cursor moves across words on the screen and when it gets to the one he wants he stops it with a button in his hand. Consider that this system is realtime, that Jason does use an eye scanning system to use computers, anyone in this condition really needs carers anway, its free, quick to learn, and ... that all human communication requires at least 2 people to operate successfully.

I just got very emotional and teary-eyed watching that. If this is your first time hearing about Jason Becker, let me explain: the guy you're seeing in that chair was at one point one of the greatest guitarists ever. He was tragically diagnosed so young, but even at 19, he kicked evry1's ass. Doctors believed Jason wasn't going to live long after he was diagnosed in the 80s. I use the computerized ERICA system from Eye Gaze Technologies. Medicare pays for it. The Tobii system has better eye tracking but the hardware is underpowered. A friend uses the Dynavox but I haven't seen it.
