Best anime ever. The first series is shocking -- it's way darker than what it eventually becomes. On the other hand, it also has some of the best episodes of the entire series. (Like the one where Zenigata actually defeats Lupin. Amazing writing on that one.)

2. search under the music category
3. type " Lupin III " in the search box exactly as I've typed it here
4. All three volumes of this soundtrack plus more should be available on the first couple of pages

Well, for the record that's Lupin the 3rd from the manga. Yeah, he looks a bit off, but you get used to art style.
I highly recommend the manga. ^^
