i actually can see the controls working because in the movies they were going for "youre surrounded. you need to kill all." and the only way to do that would be evening out the attacks on everyone. this wouldent work with a targeting system or free form aim. so thats the only way raelly... but yes thats still ridiculous

I have the game and I can find plenty of ammo. You just have to put some effort into looking. They don't throw it out right in front of you. If this isn't the case for the Xbox version then I apologize. I have the PS2 version. And the graphics aren't as good. For the whole analog fighting thing, I agree it's a bit aggravating, but it's not THAT bad. The game is kinda generic but it stays true to Blade's style, and it can be very fun. You really feel like Blade playing it.

A powerup to use the sword? What the hell did they had in mind when they did that?! If i had a fucking sword\ catana on my back in real life, i would have fucking used it whenever i nedd it or feel like it when i have vampires to kill! Just the sword thing.... how fucked,....

The game doesn't suck. You just suck at playing it. The combat doesn't work for you because you mash the analog stick like crazy when you're supposed to do it rhythmically to do combos and massive damage. There's seemingly so few bullets because the game wants to force you to be more precise and take headshots. And there are plenty of bonus bullets in a lot of later levels. I agree the boomerang thingy kinda sucks but it can be used effectively if you're just precise enough.

This looks like it's a good game, however I do agree that if a game is hard to control, then it ruins the games fun factor. I have returned games because they were hard to control, otherwise they were games that could have been fun.

I wanted to get this game back in the days I had an xbox but I guess it wasn't worth it. Hate games that use the analog stick as a primary control

i myself like the game it,s ok but like you said i wish they used the d-pad instead of the analog control which is just crazy.i played my copy of blade and the gameplay was kind of interesting in my opinion plus i finished it.i think they make cheats for the game on some of those cheat sites.if i was you i would play it all the way threw and them make a judgement even with the bad control menu.
