i like 2004 the best, it wasnt very realistic, but it was the funnest. Each year the game kinda got worse and worse. The only thing that improved were the graphics and extras.

one thing i hate about nba live gameplay is that you can't actually play good defense against the cpu teams. they just run coast to coast and you can't actually stop them. and USUALLY you miss lots of wide open dunks and lay ups. CPU teams actually do ridiculous plays if they are down like going coast to coast (No teamplay) instead of using the shot clock wisely and making nice plays.

nba live 08 sucks!!! it seems 07 was better.. have to adjust all the settings just to have a good gameplay.. first, 08 favors offense too much.. i can use just one player and even without passing the ball scoring a hoop is a walk in a park.. it sucks, really.. 08 was a dissapointment... where's the defense man.. have to adjust the shot blocklng ability almost to the max just to stop an AI from scoring..ei yo man..what were the makers of this game was thinking

i would rather recommend nba 2k8.. the drives toward the basket look more clean and realistic.. if you love to shoot clean and good lookin jumpshots, nba 2k8 does a better job too.. nba 2k8 has even up with nbalive because they also have dunk contest and 3point contest, so im pretty sure they'll make more money than nbalive.. sorry to the nbalive gamers, but i enjoy 2k8 better.. its a really really fun game, so try it out or buy it!!
