download means you can buy something on the network and then they send you the files or somethings so you can add the DLC to the game

dlc stands for downloadable content. as far as i know you can only download it from ps3 and 360 network. hope that helps =p

it is not a sequel. it just 3hrs and finishes retail version story completely. on feb 26 u will be able to downland it for ps3 and 360, although they havent said anything about paying for it or not.
