I read everyone's post on here. If GA really did it, it explains alot like why Casey was adamant about Caylee being okay early on.

If this is all true about GA. Then he is living a real nightmare right now and fears what's to come in this trial.

Either CA is dumber than a rock, or she is in so much denial that she can't even fathom the truth.

Hmmm interesting about the parents having a powerful influence on Casey. Sounds almost like brainwashing. Didn't I hear about a year ago, the parents tried to visit her in jail to supposedly give her money but they were turned away?

George admitted @ trial that he put the tape on the gas can because the tab was broken off the hole. Everyone smelled dead body in car. You may be right about George but I will be shocked if that is revealed.

So will I, re revelation. I'm not sure they ever got a good sample from Caylee that could do the job, what with Cindy's bleach, wrong hairbrush given LE, hurry-up cremation by A's, etc..... but I hope that JB can learn to ask a question at trial that will be acceptable.

@albatross234 I believe that Yuri Melich claimed in an interview w/Cindy that he knew what that smell was and suggested to her to not deny it. I think there is going to be testimony from the "Body Farm" that it was that of a decomposing body. I'm not sure but I wouldn't be surprised if some of the other Deputies on the scene 7/15/08 would concur with Yuri. And then of course the Tow Yard guy and George.

If you read back GA's 8/31 transcript, how ironic that when he wen to the PO to get the letter from tow yd that he first stopped at "amscott" to pay his utility and phone bills "because it was local and right down the street". If he did take the car from amscot, hide the body and replace it? He certainly knew his way to and from the place.

@dejazzd Well, I do smell a rat here (or rotted pizza), and I did forget and leave out the fact that he sifted the gas tank dry before leaving it back at Amscott (hence why he knew to bring the gas can filled again when he picked it up at tow yard), BUT, I do think Baez doesn't believe the car was used at ALL, and if anything "maybe for transport" but no evidence (other than sudo science) places the body in the car according to Baez. Kronk had the body. It will be interesting!

@dejazzd I think U R right. The judge did say that none of opening is evidence so I guess attorneys can say about anything. Maybe JB put sex abuse shocker out there to get jurors to stat looking at George in another light rather than a grieving grandparent and dosent really expect to "prove" it as defence dosen't have to prove a thing. I am glad we can discuss bad bad GA here on Albie's channel because other channels are more pro poor Georgie and think JB is just beating him up.

Here is my take. Car runs out of gas at amscott. No death smell. She calls dad, he says he will take care of it. (she tells tony so when he comes and offers too look at it). She leaves her purse in the car so dad can take it home for her. Dad comes with gas, takes car, disposes of body, returns car with her purse still in it to amscott. Towed 3 days later. Knows it will get towed to divert the evidence to her. He reiterates that with the tow guy. Two people had keys to car. CMA and GA.

@dare2dreamsite Tow place: 3 days later, car has smell. He prays? But he, as a detective, never calls cops about smell. Drives off with knowing crime scene evidence placing himself in the vehicle and in the trunk in case any other dna of his is rolling around the trunk and car. He never calls Casey to find out if she and Caylee are ok. He then just goes to work? Never talks to security buddies about any of it, but yet, made sure the tow guy got an earful of personal information.

I look at all GA's actions & non actions..how he battled the protesters, got attorney right away, ran back to work when the car came home, didnt call 911 when he smelled decomp in car but reported 2 gas cans stolen, faked suicide, affair w/River, accident snowball, "you're the boss", pushed elderly protester,combative deposition, combative witness....

@dejazzd I am not too sure the lying to friends was to buy time, think'n now it was because she didn't know Caylee was dead & mabe her father told her that he took her to the nanny's (you know ..the one describbed to look like his fling River) thus Casey says Caylee is at the nannys over & over I'm thinking too that G disposed of the body MAYBE throwing it from the trunk when he brought the car home. IMO it was G who left the car at amscot.. Casey said her dad was going to get the car fixed

@dejazzd Nancy Grace was saying yesterday that the evidence is that the duct tape was applied BEFORE death. I guess we'll wait and see what is presented at the trial. My guess is that Casey was extremely angry at her parents - especially Cindy for failing to protect and love her, so that when she was attacked by Cindy for stealing the grandmother's money, she probably exploded - lashing out at the child that Cindy DID love ---> Caylee.

GA got caught in that depo lie today on the witness stand, he put that tape on long b4 the depo, b4 Casey told about the rape/molestation, which leads me to believe he was setting her up to fall while he faked support of her to her so she wouldn't rat him off. Did she rat him off before depo? I think there is more to death of Caylee to if she drowned. If GA YELLED at her, intimidating her, remember he found Caylee & remember Casey & Caylee was the thorn in his side early on

@Tesstyify I remember something about Casey being a problem in his marriage and he wanted her to move out, and that Cindy had finally agreed... or was off and on about it. I am watching anticipating a build up here. THE WHAT IFS are getting to me, but I think it may be possible, if he is able to set her up this way, he may have been able to drown Caylee and scare the bejesus out of her. Did you see Tony L fighting off tears/crying when Baez reminded him... this is a death sentence trial, Casey may die. That visibly shook up Tony. Casey may have been railroaded into this huge mess and lies she had to tell. I kind of got the feeling Tony knew a little more about Casey then everyone assuming guilt so quickly on this case. Casey was used to staying with her boyfriends on overnights with Caylee in the bed with them. Her new beau, Tony L, did not want Caylee there for overnights. Casey got rid of her little "snot head" because she thought that would free her up to be with Tony L. Think of Diane Down and Susan Smith....

GA is somehow guilty. IMO he "helped" KC in exchange for KC not telling about the sex abuse but she told & CA choked her for telling such a "lie." Then GA had to do something or CA would insist a DNA test done resulting in GA being exposed. You see, GA thought he might be the father. This would lead to GA's manipulating KC into thinking Caylee's death was all her fault. IMO GA tells KC that if the body is never found, she would be safe from prison (reason KC reacted when body was found).

Hello Albie---I have watched your postings from day one of this tragedy when you straight off pointed the finger at George. If you go back to the early FBI and LE interrogations of George, he alone places suspicion on Casey. Cindy never ONCE suggests Casey is behind Caylee's disappearance, yet in every interview George talks about the smell at Johnsons Wreckers and the gas cans in the trunk!! He leads the detectives down that route. But why? What's his motive? Help me out here someone!!

Imagine (if u can) the emotional, psychological & mental problems you would suffer IF you were impregnated by your father! I d/n think Geo did it b/c neither Casey nor Cindy would protect him if he did. Geo may want to put Casey in prison for another reason --- perhaps to cover the child molestation of him on Casey. Casey was the one who stormed out after her mother choked her on 6/15 -- she was angry and most likely killed Caylee in a fit of revenge.

@KatesMiMi If Caylee drowned in the pool, why the duct tape UNLESS Casey drowned her purposely. I think it is likely that Casey killed her with cholorform in her trunk after duct taping her mouth. Casey was already thinking of murder - as the computer searches show. She was one ANGRY young lady --- pissed off at both parents and with no real world sense of reality.
