  • Some facts for you... koalas usually sleep up to 21 hours a day, they're the laziest marsupial on the planet. Also koalas DO drink water, not just what they extract from the soft eucalypt leaves they eat. I have photos of a koala drinking from a pool on a 40°C day. Koala is Aboriginal for 'no drink' only because they never SAW them drink. Kangaroos don't run, they hop. and there's no 'E' in kangaroo.

  • Australia has the most incredible wildlife! I have a green naped lory of my own and she is a beauty! I live in Toronto, Canada and we have nice animals and birds here too. Australia is awesome!
