Kickboxing isen't more effective than muay thai boxing I've been doing muay thai boxing for 9 years now and kick boxing for 1 year.

The muay thaiboxing training is way harder than the kick boxing training.

In thailand the thai boxers train for 7-8 hours every day they kick on bambush trees and stuff.

It's a really hard training trust me.
