How To Install The Homebrew Channel On Wii 4.0

I'm not a very technical person, so I'm trying to understand how to download the HBC onto my Wii and how to install apps and games into HBC.. If any of that is even possible. Do you think you could show us where to download a game (I'm really looking for Just Dance 3 :P) and how to get it into my HBC (with or without sd card?)
