@gravylegs1 I propose keeping them locked up or killed (preferably killed since it's less expensive than feeding them). If some want to adopt them I'm all for that, but there are more stray dogs than people who want to adopt stray dogs.

But back to the streets? No fucking way. They'll spread diseases and bite/kill people.

Humans are the biggest savages. They kill any creature they see as a threat while the sociopaths who torture cats, dogs, women, and children get away with their crime. At this moment in time, we are on the top of the food/life chain.
