  • he's resting everytime his back goes flat on the ground.. this workout is whack.. waste of time.

  • He is not resting every time he goes back. His upper torso is still curled forward keeping the tension on his abs. This is an effective workout that beats the same old, lame, boring ass routines. There's also a lot of explosive contractions taking place every time he strikes. This is not a waste of time.

  • @Butchbrock its also good for if your on the wrong side of a ground and pound so you can at least fight back
