My dad is a Marine and in 2005 he left for IRAQ and it was christmas time. he called me and my mom to let us know he made it safe and sound and to wish us a merry christmas. he's home now but i worrie about every one else over there. I SUPPORT THE TROOPS!! it reminds me of my god brother who passed away in Iraq two days before christmas. SO TO ALL THE TROOPS MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

My Dad survived WWII, and I'm always aware of the sacrifice of those who didn't, especially those who took the beaches of Normandy, which allowed my dad to disembark safely. He was fighting the Battle of the Bulge on a wintry Christmas. My prayers are with our troops.
