i'm so happy, today i was able to harvest anough fresh mint for 2 cups of chamomile&mint tea, i bought myself some apple mint a few months ago and i think it was dorment or somthing it just did not want to do shit. if anyone else is in a situation like this, just put it in some good soil, water well for a week or two to get used to it's new home, harvest ~1/3 of plant and place in a fairly sunny area. give it 2-3 weeks and there's going to be some new growth waiting for you. ^^
@m0o9i Oh yes! You can lop the top 1/2 of the plant to dry for tea, and it will rebound in no time. Plan on 2-3 "harvests" for a large plant, and in the late fall cut the whole plant down to 4 inches. I have Spearmint, Peppermint, Chocomint, and Catmint. KEEP IN CONTAINERS, and pinch off the flowers so it doesn't "seed".
I love mint. I also use Linux Mint in my PC :-)
