it's hard to say, but the background (and part of the animation) was made in Taiwan...exactly like Belle's Magical World, The Hunchback of Notre Dame II and Aladdin 3.And i have not finished yet.

If you look to the DVD cover of the Beauty and the Beast sequel Belle looks alot like an asian girl (notice the eyes).

This movie didn't get NEARLY the credit it deserved! I love that Iago became a good guy. Just because Robin Williams didn't do the Genie didn't mean it was bad. No one seemed to give this a chance. I absolutely love it though.:) thanks for posting

Thanks MedeaNeo. I've watched this movie countless times since it came out on HVS back in 1996, when I was only 8. I would always sing that song (Disney'll do that to you!) and I could never quite clearly understand those parts! Thanx a million!
