I fully wanna start making my own cloth nappies but didnt have a clue how or where to start, but i do now thanks to you!! :D

  • @summerchic21 Hey, no worries, hope it helps. Also, I like making them Ai2 (with the insert sewn or snaped inside the shell) or pockets, as they dry heaps faster This nappy I made took ages to dry. Any qns just inbox me.

  • Where did you buy this pattern?

  • @TheFernandezs Hello, it is from darlingdiapers (dot com). It is the unlimited pattern and is sent as a PDF file via email. It is fantastic.

  • What kind of fabric do you use to reinforce the PUL?

  • @keyuketsuki Just left over bits of microfleece or PUL usually

  • What kind of fabric do you use to reinforce the PUL?

  • what are the tipe of fabric are u using

  • @mataf10

I thought i explained that. I am using polyester backed PUL, microfibre and microfleece.

  • Watching this video makes me want to make my own cloth diaper now! I have almost NO sewing experience, the last time I sewed something was in the 8th grade for a class in school. I can't believe you have been sewing for less than 2 years...your diaper looks professional! This makes me feel like I could do it :) Thanks for posting this, it's SO helpful. Very comprehensive and a lot better than most of the other tutorials I've seen on making diapers!

  • In the U.S. you can buy the pul fabric at Joann's for a little over $9 a yard. Well worth it.

  • @aprilbutterfli I've seen it there at Joann's! I may have to buy some and try out this pattern :) She makes it look so EASY! I just need a snap press :-/

  • This is great Grace :) Thanks for sharing!

I think i'll have some questions for you soon if that's ok?

  • @glamorousmika

No worries, just personal message me

  • thank you i was wondering for a while about this

  • @venum2late No worries

  • thanks soo much for putting this vid up! i really appreciate it!

  • @hoshikisu

No worries, I'm glad it is appreciated

  • great video!!!

  • @krisnbenhazlett

    Thanks

  • i so happy that you made this video! I was curious how you get snaps on..can they be done without a snap press?

  • @Crystal110987

The snap press is the easiest way, you can get a snap tool that you use a hammer with but I don't think it is as effective. The snap presses are costly so you gotta make sure you will get use out of it. I definately do, I use it on clothes for Lacey also.

  • Great video!

  • @Sara040507

    Thanks :)
