Im jelaous, my laptop has such crappy cooling design, the heatsink wich is on the GPU doesn't connect to the fan, and i hat to stack copper tabs for it to touch the aluminium on the case...

Thank you very much. My friend has a T60 model which he wanted me to replace the fan assembly. Since the T60 and R60 are so much alike, I followed you instruction and was able to replace the fan assembly successfully. Cheers.

@garicx Your welcome. Though I didn't make the video myself, Lenovo did. But I had a hard time accessing them from their Tech support site, so I posted a copy here for quicker access.

And I figured since its helped other people, I might as well just leave it up until further notice.
