Appdelete is OK Appcleaner is also pretty good beware the remanants of parrellels thats the worst I had to go into terminal and delete those files,it messed with my wireless.

Sometimes files and folders related to an app are left behind, incase they're needed for something else, but half the time it's just because the delete process for the app doesn't tell it to get rid of all the files it should.

@SalientK I think they're stored in a .plist file within the applications folder structure. These files get removed (if it uninstalls properly, assuming it's not needed by some other app or it's poorly written so it just gets left behind lol) when you uninstall the app. Most registry entries remain unused and just cause bloat that the system has to then reload every time it boots when you remove software. plists are loaded as and when they're needed.

Fluid is a great free program. You can make an application based off a URL so instead of having to use browsers all the time you can go directly to websites. Just search Fluid on Google
