I have read about this index. It is over 90% down.
but to be honest if had an incredible spike some months ago and now is back down.
It is a little lower than before but not that much lower.
What I mean is that the index came just a little lower than the average.
Anyway we are heading for disastre as the jews are taken a run on the financial system.
