Love the spiral design! However, I think the 6mm rod is too thick. That's a lot of resistance to overcome and will require lots of Amps to do so. Try 2-2.5mm rod for your spiral in the same setup. Your current load should drop and your production should increase.
Conditioning of the plates or rods consists of scouring all the surfaces with either fine grit sandpaper or 0000 Steel Wool and white distilled vinegar. Scrub till clean and shiny then rinse in distilled water. Ta-Da! Conditioned.
@DrGoodwrench64 I do agree. Since stainless is a resistor the smaller the gauge the better, unless you could afford GOLD, Being a good conductor and it resists corrosion, gold would be the perfect solution for the amperage! But who can afford that much gold? I think if you would incorporate a transformer coil on the positive side you would draw less amps and push out more which would compinsate. Thats my opinion! But what do I know? It"s who I know! Thank God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mmmm Chockolate... Hehehe! Hey, that's lots of production here! interesting, case is negative and it's so strong... How much liter per minute is that?
ammanninox, I don't have the time to do it myself. I have a formula for an experiment. if you have the time?, Try it. It might help john-freeenergy.blogspot.com/2011/03/hho.html
@pollypoll2000 I dont know what your basing that on, because "an idling car" is an awefull broad statement. I run my 1 cylinder 100cc engine completely off hho.. @2 Litres per min. don't forget you need 10x LESS because hydrogen and OXYgen are both very explosive. And actually they're up past 30 litres per minute, don't believe? lookup 118 plate drycell, its over 30 litre a min. Spiral cells are just super ineffecient because they have no surface area, why everyone use's plate.
I respect your craftsmanship- you are a man of detail skilled in your craft for sure. I am sure you have found out that the heating comes because with just 2 spirals you have the equivalent of a one cell hho generator. Anything over 2 volts is wasted as heat , so you are turning a lot of that into steam. That's why a plate stack works better...still a work of art though!
@HybridWaterMan2 cool you know about the surface area vs amperage thing :-) Weird though, I run a tiny 3.5" by 3.5" inch 11 plate dry cell at 12 volts and around 10 amps, its still only pulling 75 watts, should be 120 watts, yes/no? still puts out 1.5 litre a min, awesome for a little torch to cut bigger cell plates :-)
I need someone to help me. During my experiment the current was returning to the power source and spoiling my DC device the sound of my gen set will just rise immediately abnormally. although hydrogen was being generated very well but this adverse situationis my concern. Please could the water cause short circuting?
@dejiola2001 No because distilled water is actually an insulator, but on the other hand I do not know your testing conditions. Check all the connections and look if there is any dirt stuck between plates. Consult an expert electrician with proper measuring equipment he should be able to help you out.
ammanninox is a little off about the dielectric properties of Distilled Water. Distilled Water is a CONDUCTOR, not an insulator!!! This is the water we put into car batteries.
What ammanninox is thinking of is De-Mineralized Water. Water that has been de-mineralized has had ALL the Minerals removed. Without minerals in the water, electrical conduction can't occur. There is nothing in the water for the Ion exchange process to ride on. Hence, de-mineralized water is an insulator.
If you think you have a short circuit or a Shunt condition, there is most likely a direct short to Ground (-) somewhere. A simple continuity test will tell you the story. Check to make sure your Positive (+) post insulator is actually insulating the positive lead from the negative (-) shell. A cracked, smashed insulator or overtightened retaining nut is often the cause.
I'm assuming though that you are using the same type spiral design as in the video.
Also, if your spiral heats up too much, it could have changed it's shape and reached out and touched the outer casing, creating a short circuit during operation but testing fine when cooled to room temp. After all, this is basically an Induction Coil. As far out as that sounds, I've seen much stranger things happen.
Nicely made kit, but has anyone actually measured the volume of gas being produced ? It needs to be a hell of a lot as 40 amps at a nominal 13.5v is over HALF A KILOWATT !! No wonder it gets hot !
Je suis a la frontière genevois et j'aimerai partager avec vous une architecture fonctionnant sur mon vehicule pour les genrateurs d'hydrogène. Si cela vous interresse mailto: zenitudenet@yahoo.fr
You should try to make a cell from a stainless steel thermos flask, just drill a hole in the cap for a threaded bar to attached a lug for the power to the inner electrode, and another hole for a hose fitting. This should be cheap and easy to make, if the gas production is insufficient one could just manifold a few together.
Have you ever experimented with aluminium electrodes?
On the smaller 13 plate design make sure that you run the negative current on the terminal that connects to both the right and left side it may equal out your production
dude, you need to get a direct hook-up apm meter. those clamp ons aren't really that accurate at low voltage. that spiral winding is way impressive! what grade stainless is that?
I have seen many different designs, but why a neutral plate? Is the neutral plate to give more area for production? The spiral set-up, I found, is the best production design. More area being utilized in a smaller space. I hope you keep up the good work.
you will get more bubbles if you alternate the charges of each plate. instead of negative on one side and positive on the other, make it go +-+-+- etc. and you will most likely get more bubbles
you will get more bubbles if you alternate the charges of each plate. instead of negative on one side and positive on the other, make it go +-+-+- etc. and you will most likely get more bubbles
On the 13 plate cell, every other plate should be positive, and the rest should be negitive. Otherwise, the rest of the plates have no effect on HHO Gas production
you say you used 6mm rod to do the spiral. since i dont have the equipment to ply such big rod perfectly. so i used inox wire, you know the ones made with smaller wire. it allow more surface contact. works great !
since i'm just starting in hydrogen fuel cell i dont have any video yet .
but i will one day put some vids about it.
TRY WIRE !!! instead of rod !!!! WORKS GREAT !!!!!
we have a new dc to dc converter that will only allow the supply draw under 12 amps but will allow any cell to pull up to an adjustable 32 amps. And it reduces the 12 volts to 4 volts this keeps the temps down,it also has remote turn on therminal resistor to lower amps when the cell gets to hot,and a led to let you know when to add water.
does it create more gas from having more amps or volts? I see big wires and thin plates, does surface area matter? How to create more gas without using many plates? I saw a hho generator for a cutting torch and that sucker was bubbling like a hurricane on the ocean. Another vid shows a car using ONLY hho gas and not even gasoline, so how much gas output would a car need to run? Where is the official data website for this joint effort? Thanks.
I invented a breakthrough source of energy that contradicts the law of conservation of energy. I have a PROOF that there are electrodynamic phenomena that contradict the law of conservation of energy. I am looking for $6M for a prototype and patents.
Since I am half swiss, I hook a brother up. What you need to do is space the plates in a non linear spacing. Use 2 negative for the outer plates and one positive in the center, and 4 neutral plates ( 2 on each side). Now what you want to do is insulate the outer plates, and 75% of the bottom of the plates. This will cause a convection action and pulse fresh water thru the cell, instead if it cavitating on the hho bubbles. Your HHO generator is basically a short circuit, control the flow.
The electrolyte is just as important, H2electrolyte on youtube is testing different mixes and will test anyone you want for free, he will film it and send you the results free.

@ajimaru87 any steel will degrade, some will oxidize faster/slower so u need to use an unreactive anode material, like platinum, u can by electrodes that have 3 layers so that it doesnt cost too much as platinum is very expenisve (titanium, nobium and a thin layer of platinum), u can also get MMO electrodes which have a layer of different oxides so that they wont degrade
@rawmo nope im just using top water, and im adding some salt as an electrode but later the water became to dirty and the stainless that im using is degrading

Have you ever seen someone drop a Mentos candy into a bottle of soda? It erupts violently. Why? Because the grainy porous surface area makes the reaction quick. My friend, you need to sand-blast the surface of your electrodes. This info is my gift to you. You are welcome!
To you revolxaohemwolb The Universe is such a mistery nobody knows how it came to be where the energy comes from, nobody even knows what energy really is and as for the 2nd law of t.dynamics....well there is new and modern evidence that opens totally unsuspected avenues. Remember also that life itself is a totally free lunch.
All I do is having fun and I love it I do not have to demonstrate anything to anybody, lucky you that you have eaten intelligence with full spoons.....
"HHO" is a HHOax. These silly things take more energy from the crankshaft than they return. They will REDUCE fuel economy, but will NEVER increase it! Not unless you can find a 100% efficient alternator belt, 100% efficient alternator, 100% efficient electrolyser and a 100% efficient internal combustion engine, "HHO" systems won't do so much as break even. The 2nd Law of Thermodynamics says 'no free lunch!'
its not free energy, you fill it with water and the water will need to be refilled if gasoline was above ground would you call cars useing free energy? energy cannot be created nor destroyed so you could either say nothing uses free energu or you could just as equally say everything uses free energy
On a 95 nissan quest 3.0 shitbox, if filled to overflowing, I can drive almost precisely fifty miles before fuel gauge moves to the full mark from above full. with the generator switched on, and the same conditions applied, it would go around 10 - 12 miles give or take more before dropping to full.
furthermore I have tried this on a full drive to empty several times. This vehicle almost always reads around 280 on trip when guage reaches 1/4.
With the fuel cell running, the guage is almost always just under half at 280 on the trip meter. vehicle does around 23 on the highway. With the fuel cell, I am guessing it does anywhere from 3 to a low 5 miles more per gallon.
Even if it actually is 3, that is worth it to me.
because now I get 60+ more miles to the tank which holds 16 gallons.
So, I dunno if I believe the claim that some people get 15 more miles per gallon, but then again, who knows. They may have a more efficient design, a computer that is more tolerant/flexible etc, then I do. After all, I made mine from stainless sheet metal scrap and a glidden plastic one gallon paint container.
@revolxaohemwolb the reason why its good is because its more portable than electricity (due to expensive and inefficent battery tech) and is still more efficient than gasoline. on top of it, who wouldn't love to blow stuff up safely because the Hydrogen will not explode unless released from its container.
On your second cell the electricity is lost on the sharp edged corners, look up the joe cell if you want to do way better, i discovered ORMES in my cell, this is the fine whit powder that builds up on the cell walls.
on your zero cell you've got to seal the tops sides and the bottom of the cell and the water level should not go over the top of the plates. Thats the only way it will work.
Forgive my extreme basic question/assumption here on your set up; but, at 41 amps...how long is your battery going to last? I'm not ignorant to the big picuture...I assume this gas will ultimately fuel an engine which would hopefully be able to do real work and recharge the battery.
Excellent video. I love it when the theory of science is put to the test.
Look, 41 amps is totally out of question, because all it does is heating the water real fast, and yes run down your battery just as fast. This was some early testing of mine now I have come a long way changed many things and I have a broader vision of what electrolysis is and what it is not.
Basically all I do is having fun experimenting and lately I am having fun putting together a cell that is commercially interesting and reliable.
Thank you for the response...so, this was the first video of yours that I had watched; and after viewing others, I got your comment about the design being inefficient - as it were - and a heater of water
Your videos are great....the quality of your workmanship is awesome to behold as well
I look forward to seeing your reliable cell. Chances are that what ever workable design you'll ultimately discover, it will have already been invented and protected by a patent
I have an unusual question. I am working on an invention that as a byproduct is producing unwanted hydrogen. What could I do with it? How could I safely dispose of it or better, how could it be used in relative small quantities
Hi! with regards to your 13 plate cell, try to lessen the plates in-between the positive and negative. you should get better results from that. my 9-plate cell is pushing around 1.5l/min of hho gas in half a liter of distilled water and 0.05 molar of NaOH with 13.8vdc and 15A. it's 3 plates in between the + and - plates.
if u realy want high production use 316 stainless steel screen . this increases surface area alot . and increase the number of terminals +-+-+- about an 1/8 th inch apart .the 316 stainless wond degrade in the electrolosis.
As far as I can see you have near perfect manufacturing techniques.
You might want to try about half the electrolyte you're currently using. This is not from experience but from observation. It seems that other people have had better production with lower current using similar setups.
As to the plate cell, I think the reason only the center plate is producing is because of current leakage on the plate edges. To address this, ZeroFossilFuel recommends an acrylic backing along the edges.
You are perfectly correct, in fact Zero Fossil Fuel did write to me last year giving me exactly that recommendation. As a result I decided to change completely and built a dry cell like video #6 and also my last video that will come will be on that.
hello my frend ive experimented with pipe systems and the only good desighn is 1 2 3 4 in pipe 1 bing pos 2neg and so on i am now geting better gas production with plates 1 pos 4neutrals and 2 neg im taking a 3 inch die grider and putting dimend shaped cuts into it its putting out double the amount of gas per plate
At the end of the video, you said you were going to test the system on your car. But I watched all your subsequent videos, you did not show results. Did you ever test any of your systems on a car? if so, did any of them yield an improvement of gas mileage?
You can get good results with nuetral plates and low amps. Just takes some tweaking of the electrolytes. 40 amps is too much heat and strain to be economical in a system. 12v at 8amps equals 96 watts I think and that is a better solution.
I Just used stainless screen wire one on the other very close making one unit and the results were the best i have ever seen, less amps, heat, way more hho, it is not the way i want because i am poor but you have resources, please try this with a pro made model, i see you are skilled so i know your the right guy
I Just used stainless screen wire rolled three thick one on the other very close making one unit and the results were the best i have seen, less amps, less heat, way more hho, it is not built how i want it because i am poor but you have resources, i think you should try it. you are intelligent, you will know if this is worth while
Your car wiil pis on her self..... at 40Amps....come one....poor results... garage people...have greater results.... Stick to steel, wach and ...shampoo

HALIBURTON is coming in to youtube!!!!!!!!! bet these video's disappear soon, that's okay we will make a new site and won't let GREEDY SCUMBAGS REMOVE THE TRUTH, LIKE THESE FUCKERS AT YOUTUBE, CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT!!!!!
Hi every one. i have got the best theory (idea) to produce high volume of hho using lower amps and voltage. but i need some one to work with me here in melbourne. No body in the world has tried this yet. my phone number is 0061431604005.
does anyone want to post a video of a balloon full of fuel vapor... then a balloon full of fuel vapor and hho (at a 3 to 10000 ratio to simulate a 2.0 liter engine) igniting? that would bring to light what is actually happening since we cant really see into an engine while it is running without really long eyeballs.
to effectively use hho you must lean your fuel to the gills and set the distributor at about 2 dgs from top dead center. much energy from heat loss is saved this way because it makes less heat (faster burning fuel doesnt have the time to produce as much heat as a rich mixture... to test pull the choke and leave it for a few minutes) and ignites quicker which increases compression due to the leakage over time factor.
not so tonto. hho ignites almost instantaneously. gasoline ignites in stages because the spark plug ignites a small amount and each molecule chain reacts to ignite molecules further from the spark plug. the increase is because the hho combustion fills the cylinder and ignites the entire volume of fuel at the same time so all the molecules push away from one another at the same time burning the fuel more efficiently.
HHO may burn faster than gasoline, but it does not burn instantaneously. The HHO would blend with the fuel/air and the flame front would still propagate out from the spark plug, perhaps faster than with gas/air alone.
The problem is this, even if the fuel burns completely, which gas almost does too; you are still using the horribly inefficient reciprocating engine. At least 75% of the energy is lost to heat, that's why engines get so hot.
Here's another consideration. I have seen other videos where the bubbler is advertised as high efficiency and produces 1 liter of HHO per minute.
My 2.0 liter car running at 3,000 rpm pumps through 3,000 liters of atomized fuel/air mixture each minute. The HHO bubbler supplies a volume of gas that is equivalent to 3 parts in 10,000 when compared with the fuel/air. The bigger the engine, the worse this gets.
I need to see a dyno test [which I have never seen] to believe that this works.
Here is what I do not understand. I have seen many such videos where these bubblers are made to be attached to a car.
So, you draw power from the alternator [burning gasoline] to generate H2 and O2 gas, which is then fed back into the car as a fuel supplement.
There are high losses in converting the water to 2H2 and O2, as evidenced by the heat in the bubbler. The gas being sent back to the engine has less energy than the gasoline used to create it. You'd be better to simply burn the gasoline.
If you were to uses gas for the sole purpose of producing the O2 then yes it would be a very poor system, however then gas being used is what would be used in you travel time. So if you can supplement you gas mileage during that time, why not?
you can buy universal brushless alternators from japan now, 90% + efficient
and mate ffs petrol works the same power at almost any ratio (parts per air)
hho alows you to use petrol ridiculously lean
(compensates heat loss of less initial unburnt fuel absorbing engine block/piston heat) steam in exhasut fumes actually keep the exhaust side of your engine cooler than usual
which has to be good as these valve are the ones that warp first
when you have the caseing attached as negative and the spiral as possative, it is the caseing "wall area" that is producing gas, possative produces oxogen, try switching connections arround, i had simmilar in one of my cells, s/s caseing, it produced better, less heat too... nice work guy...
we have found if you start with 3/4 tsp of baking soda to 1 gallon of d water. it will produce at start 15-20 amps, and after an hour of heating it will increase to 30-35 amps due to heat, which works out great.
the container is a bomb! hho is a very explosiv gas, put in a steel container can amplafay power of explosion ! electrical conexions can make flahs in hho gas and explosion ! put the electrical conexion downstairs in electrolit not in gas hho ! upstairs only hho gas can remain too be colected safety !

Haha, that is indeed the best use for HHO.
The problem with using HHO in a car is that the stuff doesn't like testing. The moment you do a proper test on a dyno, it stops working...

DrGoodwrench64 10 months ago
@DrGoodwrench64 I do agree. Since stainless is a resistor the smaller the gauge the better, unless you could afford GOLD, Being a good conductor and it resists corrosion, gold would be the perfect solution for the amperage! But who can afford that much gold? I think if you would incorporate a transformer coil on the positive side you would draw less amps and push out more which would compinsate. Thats my opinion! But what do I know? It"s who I know! Thank God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ilovebing74 10 months ago
Knowing the amps you draw is one thing, but the important thing is to know the amount of HHO produced.
An Idled car will need 50 liters per minutes of HHO.
Actually great cells produce 4 to 5 maybe 7 L/m. We're far away from it.
good luck.
pollypoll2000 1 year ago
@pollypoll2000 I dont know what your basing that on, because "an idling car" is an awefull broad statement. I run my 1 cylinder 100cc engine completely off hho.. @2 Litres per min. don't forget you need 10x LESS because hydrogen and OXYgen are both very explosive. And actually they're up past 30 litres per minute, don't believe? lookup 118 plate drycell, its over 30 litre a min. Spiral cells are just super ineffecient because they have no surface area, why everyone use's plate.
Me102288 11 months ago
I respect your craftsmanship- you are a man of detail skilled in your craft for sure. I am sure you have found out that the heating comes because with just 2 spirals you have the equivalent of a one cell hho generator. Anything over 2 volts is wasted as heat , so you are turning a lot of that into steam. That's why a plate stack works better...still a work of art though!
HybridWaterMan2 1 year ago
@HybridWaterMan2 cool you know about the surface area vs amperage thing :-) Weird though, I run a tiny 3.5" by 3.5" inch 11 plate dry cell at 12 volts and around 10 amps, its still only pulling 75 watts, should be 120 watts, yes/no? still puts out 1.5 litre a min, awesome for a little torch to cut bigger cell plates :-)

dejiola2001 1 year ago
@dejiola2001 No because distilled water is actually an insulator, but on the other hand I do not know your testing conditions. Check all the connections and look if there is any dirt stuck between plates. Consult an expert electrician with proper measuring equipment he should be able to help you out.

@dejiola2001 I have the same problem now, Did you find the solution allready ?
klebbs1988 11 months ago
@dejiola2001
ammanninox is a little off about the dielectric properties of Distilled Water.
DrGoodwrench64 10 months ago
@dejiola2001
DrGoodwrench64 10 months ago
@dejiola2001
Also, if your spiral heats up too much, it could have changed it's shape and reached out and touched the outer casing, creating a short circuit during operation but testing fine when cooled to room temp. After all, this is basically an Induction Coil. As far out as that sounds, I've seen much stranger things happen.

You should try to make a cell from a stainless steel thermos flask, just drill a hole in the cap for a threaded bar to attached a lug for the power to the inner electrode, and another hole for a hose fitting. This should be cheap and easy to make, if the gas production is insufficient one could just manifold a few together.

The 2nd Law of Thermodynamics says 'no free lunch!'

bullshit. Stop the copy and paste crap also.
You have said the identical crap elsewhere.
about 20 to 25 percent of the fuel (petrol) introduced into the engine fails to ignite and is pushed out of the system thru the exuast.
The introduction of hho is not "meant" to be a miracle self sustaining solution.
It is meant to enter the system, mix with the vaporized fuel and complete the cumbustion cycle more efficiently.

On a 95 nissan quest 3.0 shitbox, if filled to overflowing, I can drive almost precisely fifty miles before fuel gauge moves to the full mark from above full. with the generator switched on, and the same conditions applied, it would go around 10 - 12 miles give or take more before dropping to full.
wlfee1969 2 years ago
furthermore I have tried this on a full drive to empty several times.
Even if it actually is 3, that is worth it to me.
because now I get 60+ more miles to the tank which holds 16 gallons.
wlfee1969 2 years ago
So, I dunno if I believe the claim that some people get 15 more miles per gallon, but then again, who knows. They may have a more efficient design, a computer that is more tolerant/flexible etc, then I do. After all, I made mine from stainless sheet metal scrap and a glidden plastic one gallon paint container.
wlfee1969 2 years ago
@revolxaohemwolb the reason why its good is because its more portable than electricity (due to expensive and inefficent battery tech) and is still more efficient than gasoline. on top of it, who wouldn't love to blow stuff up safely because the Hydrogen will not explode unless released from its container.

on your zero cell you've got to seal the tops sides and the bottom of the cell and the water level should not go over the top of the plates.

To address this, ZeroFossilFuel recommends an acrylic backing along the edges.
graceoverall 2 years ago
You are perfectly correct, in fact Zero Fossil Fuel did write to me last year giving me exactly that recommendation. As a result I decided to change completely and built a dry cell like video #6 and also my last video that will come will be on that.

You can get good results with nuetral plates and low amps. Just takes some tweaking of the electrolytes. 40 amps is too much heat and strain to be economical in a system. 12v at 8amps equals 96 watts I think and that is a better solution.

does anyone want to post a video of a balloon full of fuel vapor... then a balloon full of fuel vapor and hho (at a 3 to 10000 ratio to simulate a 2.0 liter engine) igniting? that would bring to light what is actually happening since we cant really see into an engine while it is running without really long eyeballs.
mastereyeball 2 years ago
to effectively use hho you must lean your fuel to the gills and set the distributor at about 2 dgs from top dead center. much energy from heat loss is saved this way because it makes less heat (faster burning fuel doesnt have the time to produce as much heat as a rich mixture... to test pull the choke and leave it for a few minutes) and ignites quicker which increases compression due to the leakage over time factor.
mastereyeball 2 years ago
hello just wondering the best mix of hydrogen to oxygen is HHO two part H one part O
therfore you need a positive plate(oxy) half the surface area of the neutral plate(H) to get the right amounts of each gas
good work matey your cells look well contructed
jimmyhackers 2 years ago
what's the point of a neutral plate? wouldn't it be more efficient to use 2+ and 2-, or just 1+ 1-? or even to use + - +???
xerox165 2 years ago
not so tonto. hho ignites almost instantaneously. gasoline ignites in stages because the spark plug ignites a small amount and each molecule chain reacts to ignite molecules further from the spark plug. the increase is because the hho combustion fills the cylinder and ignites the entire volume of fuel at the same time so all the molecules push away from one another at the same time burning the fuel more efficiently.
mastereyeball 2 years ago
Wrong. wrong. wrong.
At least 75% of the energy is lost to heat, that's why engines get so hot.
kshackleton 2 years ago 2
Here's another consideration. I have seen other videos where the bubbler is advertised as high efficiency and produces 1 liter of HHO per minute.
My 2.0 liter car running at 3,000 rpm pumps through 3,000 liters of atomized fuel/air mixture each minute. The HHO bubbler supplies a volume of gas that is equivalent to 3 parts in 10,000 when compared with the fuel/air. The bigger the engine, the worse this gets.
I need to see a dyno test [which I have never seen] to believe that this works.
kshackleton 2 years ago

Here's the problem. The energy reuired to produce the gases is far more than the energy that you get our of burning it again.
The effect is to waste energy and power and fuel. There is no improvement in fuel economy at all.

when the car battery is fully charged, the power from the alternator is wasted.
The alternator is always running so you might as well use it.
proving that it does give you more miles to the gallon.

Interesting "proof" that you have there.
Perhaps you were unaware that the effort that is required to turn the alternator is a function of the electrical load plus mechanical friction.
Any additional electrical load demanded of the alternator results in increased effort by the engine to turn it.
The alternator is 50% efficient.
Electrolysis is no more than 80% efficient.
Burning HHO [or any fuel] in an ICE is 25% efficient.
It's a losing bet, all round.

you can buy universal brushless alternators from japan now, 90% + efficient
and mate ffs petrol works the same power at almost any ratio (parts per air)
hho alows you to use petrol ridiculously lean
(compensates heat loss of less initial unburnt fuel absorbing engine block/piston heat) steam in exhasut fumes actually keep the exhaust side of your engine cooler than usual
which has to be good as these valve are the ones that warp first
thats where you get you mpg savings from
you r tard

The engine does not work any harder to produce that electricity, it is unused otherwise....

when you have the caseing attached as negative and the spiral as possative, it is the caseing "wall area" that is producing gas, possative produces oxogen, try switching connections arround, i had simmilar in one of my cells, s/s caseing, it produced better, less heat too... nice work guy...

maybe the issue with the blade cell has something to do with the putty material u used conducting also? it may be porous enough to retain water

we have found if you start with 3/4 tsp of baking soda to 1 gallon of d water. it will produce at start 15-20 amps, and after an hour of heating it will increase to 30-35 amps due to heat, which works out great.

in the first cell do you get both hydrogen and oxygen, or just hydrogen?

peppoj I get both Hydrogen and Oxygen from all my cells

the container is a bomb! hho is a very explosiv gas, put in a steel container can amplafay power of explosion ! electrical conexions can make flahs in hho gas and explosion ! put the electrical conexion downstairs in electrolit not in gas hho ! upstairs only hho gas can remain too be colected safety !
