Flew delta First Class recently from Phoenix to Detroit. Nonstop. It's a pretty long flight huh? No meal, no sandwich, no movie, no audio, and cranky flight attendants. What gets me is that they charge for First Class ticket, yet don't provide First Class service. Total rip off. If all you are going to give me is a larger chair and a free glass of wine, then call it something other than First Class. Not even a sandwich or wrap was served. I feel ripped off by Delta.
