@Lovinmetalallday Have you ever tried moving while sat down on tyres, especially while there's a car hurtling towards you! It's easy to say there was plenty of time while watching a video, but while you panic, you don't think about moving!

Looks like a pro, so maybe a bad choice in sitting at a race where you can't move quickly, but not easy to get up and move quickly in the time he had!

i was the first marshall there when it hapened driver was unhurt. (he is used to crashing now). and the cammeraman wsa treated for a broken leg and his cammeras were found in a dirty state but hopefully working.

The photographer actually emailed me after seeing the video, Luckily he did not die. He got badly hit by the tyre wall but only broke his leg. Lucky man.

Not to take mic or something, but the photographer got like hit by the tyers, fell down, got up and waled about 4 steps down and layed down. I know sometimes when you have a broken leg but you dont realize and start walking but fall over straight away, this guy took like 3 or 4 steps. So thats why kind of doubt he broke his leg. But not claiming anything, it good be aswell that his leg was broken, but I don´t think so.

The photographer say the video on You Tube and sent me a message saying that he broke his leg. People can walk with a broken leg due to adrenalin but he dropped pretty quickly.
