HE calls it ECLECTIC ROOTS.. bomba and his sis daniella (yes jb's wifey) hail from Malta.. not alot of jazz there lol.. check out limestone by nicky bomba and joe camillari.. bomba and byron are reggae influenced.. now for barker and shoesmith.. barker is orchestra trained and shoesmith its aussie roots influence.. that should cover it lol

john butler songs are all easy to play. What makes him a good guitarist is that he is capable of writing such songs, for example ocean is a guitar master peace, though quite easy to play (exept for a few lines)
