best phone ever. ive had one for a few months now. i broke the screen at work somehow (i got it replaced) but other than that its perfect. i have an otterbox case for it and a zagg invisible shield (which i both highly recommend). a tip to keep your phone fast is hold the alt key whie pressing lglg, it takes you to an event log which you can easily clear by pressing the blackberry button and finding the right menu option
