you know there's a trick to this game. don't shoot the car at ll. just go directly to the radio station before tey do. that way you only have to kill the 2 majestics. oh and take a human diguise. you don't want tanks everywhere shooting at you.....trust me it's easer

This mission gave me the hardest time out of the whole game; I couldn't keep up and blast the agents' car. But then I wised up and upgraded my psychokinesis to "car-lifting" power. Then I just flipped that hoopty over on its side and blasted the thing at my leisure. >:-D
