Turns out they are called "FFFC-Ottawa". There is no website about them which means that they are probably local to the area. There are least 3 of them, they put the video on youtube.
The only question you need to ask, are they helping or hurting there cause (whether or not you agree with it -- which I dont) they are a big negative.Even money says they are either government provocateurs or just plain morons.

This is a setup to justify increased security for the G-20. Last year, in PA, more cops, military, and even private security showed up than protestors did. They locked down the entire town.
Two old ladys shopping along the streets of America were even attacked by cops, and one was bitten by a cop dog. Even students unrelated to the protests were attacked by these NAZI SCUM during the Pitt lockdown. They want to add MORE security to the next event. This was needed to justify that.
