  • Americans pay for health care .we pay out of our earnings and then we pay again when we get sick,we pay again in cash when you go to the doctor, nothing in america is free.it just doesnt work that way.and by the way for all haters of Americans.WE ARE THE ONLY COUNTRY THAT EVER MADE BRITIAN SURRENDER IN A WAR ~now why would we want to do things like they do ? we dont.

  • @oldviolinat48 Interesting.

And now for the rebuttal. Health care in Canada isnt free. It's paid for via taxes. We all pay, and that keeps the costs down, so no one person ever has to bear the full financial burden of an illness.

Otherwise, I'd be paying for 100% of my Lymphoma treatment right now.

PS: The Canadian Forces have NEVER surrendered to nor retreated from any enemy on any battlefield on any continent in our history, and that includes when the US attacked us in 1812.

  • @Etimosinsisting that Canada should have its independent seat to sign the Treaty of Versailles, after World War I. It was an attempt at separating from Great Britain’s policies of international affairs. The last step was taken by Trudeau towards Canada becoming an independent nation. He brought home the Constitution in 1982 which legally allowed Canada to amend its own constitution instead of depending for it on Great Britain.

  • who was the Prime Minister from 1896 to approximately 1911 formed an independent Navy for Canada, without sharing Great Britain’s Navy. Another significant step taken towards Canada’s independence was Borden’s

  • Subsequently in 1871, British Columbia joined with a commitment for the establishment of a Railway. This Railway is currently known as the Canadian Pacific Railway, (CPR). British Columbia becoming a part of Canada was followed by Prince Edward Island too joining in 1873.Ultimately, Canada officially became a country in 1882. Canada became an independent country as a result of small contributions made by several Prime Ministers in different periods. Sir Wilfrid Laurier

  • canada was not a country in 1812,didnt fight in the war.brieian surrended again in 1812,good luck with that other history.Canada,1867,until then the french used that as there fur trade.they didnt want war with the united states after they saw britian surrender and neopolian sold us all that french land.and was a allie of america from then on too

  • @oldviolinat48

You seriously need to get your head out of your ass and study some history.

The french lost any remaining control over their colonies in Canada in 1759 when Britain took Quebec City, you retard.

Dont try to tell me the history of my own country, and if you're going to, FUCKING LEARN IT FIRST!

As for the rest of that barely legible pile of literary diarrhea you somehow cobbled into the vague semblance of a coherent thought, wrong again.

    Good christ man... honestly.

  • Canada, as a nation, didnt exist, but it was here as a british colony, and the British made use of Colonial troops in the war of 1812, and in 1814 when American troops pushed to take the northern colonies, those native defenders pushed them back again.

Our current border was the outcome of that war (plus or minus a few revisions), and the reason there are no warships on the great lakes.

As for the fur trade, Methinks you're thinking of the Hudson Bay Company, which was British as of 1670.

  • Thereafter, your information seems accurate, but completely irrelevant to my point. Since the founding of this country, the Canadian armed forces have neither retreated from nor surrendered to any enemy on any continent. That's 150 years of kicking ass as a nation, and another 50 as a colony before that.

As for 'Neopolian'... You're thinking of the Louisiana Purchase, which isnt even part of Canada, save for the very tiny northernmost fringes.

  • PS: Britain defeated 'Neopolian' too. Look up Trafalgar, and Waterloo.

The US exists because of France, because of french aid offered in 1776 by King Louis XVI during the revolutionary war, in which France contributed ships, cannons, supplies, and training to the colonial forces, and impeded the ability of the British to fight back.

This later resulted in heavy losses for France, as Britain sacked Quebec City in revenge. If not for France, the British would have crushed the rebellion easily.

  • I mean I dont even know why you insist on vomiting out what you read on wikipedia about canada AFTER 1867, especially when none of it actually addresses my point at all.

So you can type 'Canada' into google, so fucking what? Did you even think for two seconds before you copied and pasted all that crap? Did you ask yourself 'does this have anything to do with what that other guy said?'

Because it doesnt... you didnt address a single point made in my original comment with that claptrap.

  • This was obviously filmed somewhere in the southern US....look at the palm trees in the background at 0.14 seconds. The scenery and architecture doesn't look like Canada at all.

  • I don't get it.

  • Oh hell no, I don't like the Canadian film festival....

"I don't wish to fight, I wish for peace. And I won't fight. The end."

  • lol. but health care is only free for citizens and landed immigrants, not ppl just visiting. also its technically not free because we pay taxes out of our ass! But im definatly in support of our health care system, i just wish the government would fund it more, nurses and doctors are overworked

  • cute!

  • CANADA RULES

  • YEAH!

  • Go ta, we pay for our health care ssytem, and yes it is extreme slow. but at least were not ignorant people stereo typing. BTW LAZY is our best video. This one on the eother hand i find dumb.

  • roflmao

  • aboot. Hilarious!

  • @PoliticalAnalysis

Are you really that stupid? I live in Seattle and I go up to Vancouver frequently. How surpised are you morons going to be to learn that they don't talk like that up there? Some dipshit on a cartoon like southpark or some shit makes up their version of what they think canadians talk like, and you actually believe it? That would be like them thinking all of us say "Ya'll" all the time, or talk like people in the movie Fargo. Give yer head a shake man.
