I broke my ACL when I was 6 in a car accident :/ I'm 15 now, and still can't have any type of major surgery on it, because I'm still growing... Also to make things worse, in the last year, I've slightly torn 2 others... (sorry, can't really remember the names... The one at the back, and the one on the left) problem is, from the age of 7 - 14 I had a really active life which included free running, that I loved!
I tore my acl in half, but i can still walk and run. it gives out though when i turn quickly while running, which i could never describe. this video relates to me sooo much.

I torn my acl on March 16 2011 during practice basketball.Yes,I heard pop and it was so painfull and I popped 2 twice..Finally I having surgery soon.

@StormsMusic that is unlucky.....its usually one or the other but to sustained all those knee injuries suck
