What is amazing to me is that all the so called Christians that continue to slander this man. It's truly sickening. These are the same sideways talkers who want to take God and prayer out of the schools, the courthouses and off our money then go sit in church on Sunday pretending to be Holy. They judge him on his name and race. If his name was John Jones, his skin was a little brighter and blonde hair, I guarantee none of that crap would be said.

I'm really getting sick of Tim Russert. On the debates/Meet the Press here's his whole act. He gets his little piece of paper out, reads "in 2002 you said this" and then points hit finger and says, "AND NOW YOUR SAYING THIS" HAHA GOTCHA!! Gimme a break. I got P'O'd right from the start of the debates last night.Instead of starting with valid questions about Iraq/economy, the media guys tried to start a fight between them about racist comments,MLK, drug use comments etc. It seems like the media now is creating news and reporting on themselves. I was so proud when all 3 basically told Williams/Russert to STFU and didn't let them start a fight. We need to tell all the reporters/pundits to STFU because it's getting way out of hand.

I'm kind of leaning toward Obama because of his comments blaming blacks for not being fathers to their children last night. Of course he's the only one that could say that because any white person saying that would be racist. I truly believe that is at the root of a lot of crime in America. Totally correct. Muslims are victims of suicide bombings and other terrorist attacks too --even more so than Westerners. I married a Arab Muslim, whose family adores America. It is important to know something about Islam and to have a healthy respect for people who are practicing Muslims, as it will destroy groups like Al Queda, who recruit by exploiting our fear and ignorance of their faith. Though Obama is Christian, he will not scare Muslims in the way the Admin surrounding Bush has.

The possibility that a black man, who might actually be more comfortable talking to the leaders muslim countries, as opposed to going to war is so scarey to the powers that be.

The press has spent so much effort demonising the muslims, to good effect, it's just easier to attack him on this point! If attacking him for being black were acceptable, I'm sure that they would have been more direct!
