These teachings come from the mind, there is no heart in them. If you follow these teachings (as I have done for lifetimes), you will be able to control your feelings, you will be able to think before you act. On the outside you will seem like an advanced being, but you will loose your heart connection. You end up loosing real emotional relationships to other people, because engaging your emotions (inferior to the mind) makes your vulnerable, you might "react" to something... Don't go there.
