2.25 has a slider too, but it doesn't show a number

the frame rate is the bar that you could move up or down to speed up or slow down the animation and it shows a number at the side

Its free, so if you want it but dont have it just google it, and you'll find it(V3 is best). It's awesome! And pretty easy to use. Thanx 4 watching! ^^
