This is a video of an Erev Shabbat service and every Jew knows the tallis is worn for this service. Besides, it is appropriate to wear one during any time of prayer regardless of the day or time.

Why is your tallis on during a ma'arive service, every Jew knows one does not wear his tallis in the evening, only exception is when one puts it on for Mincha prior to Kol Nidre. Furthermore, STOP TRYING TO JUDAIZE PEOPLE! YOU'RE IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE NEW TESTAMENT!
