I'm naturally skinny and lean and work out but still eatl healthy liek eat salads an stir fry's with freshly cut veggies and I eat fruit. I only have eaten at McD's maybe twice a month only because a buddy of mine works out of town and when he comes to town every 10 days for his 4 days off and stays with his parents who live out of town where I live so he can't always eat healthy on the go because alot of healthy on the go foods are expensive
