  • IDIOT!

  • I"m so glad Judge Perry humiliated this little douche bag. The message boys and girls...if you want to be a jerkoff in his courtroom, Judge is gonna make you look like a jerkoff LOL

  • Idiot.

  • He used to work at TGI Fridays up until that moment that he did the stupid Junior High School stunt! He proved that the jurors were not the only morons at the trial.

  • @wjsoc07 Do you think they fired him? Or do you know of him?

  • @Popteart No thankfully I don't know him. Since he can't call in and say he is sick and six days away from work I would venture to guess he is fired. Maybe he had someonne call in and say he can't be at work because he is in jail. Yep his boss will buy that as a logical excuse for missing work, well maybe in FloriDUH but not in the intelligent parts of the USA. You can bet he is fired and he won't be getting an UE check. Oh and on his resume reason for leaving last job, Fired, serving jail time.

  • @wjsoc07 I hope he got fired. Then all the gold digging women can't get that 14-15k he makes every year! LOL!

  • he could have said he had arthridous, than he would have had an exuse...

  • i bet those inmates had fun with that piece of white meat Lol

  • proboably everyone was laughing in the courthouse! ik i would be. dumbass

  • he wasn't so smug when those deputies put those cuffs on him LMAO

  • fo hundred dollas. LOL

  • @dmartini2003 And have a happy foeth of July in the Orange County Jail

  • @dmartini2003 LOL!!!

  • The prosecution went for the harshest punishment without motive.

Cause of death was accident w/chloroform not being stabilized & stored properly. Phosgene collected was released, killing Caylee within 2-4hr.

What we will never know is whether Casey came back to the trunk and saw her in distress with skin burns, enlarged eyes and eye burns, and coughing up pinkish fluid. Did Casey see her dying and put duct tape on her mouth with remaining chloroform?

Or did she check on Caylee too late?

  • All he had to say was it was an involuntary gesture triggered by anxiety. "Why were you anxious?" Because sir, there was a camera pointed directly at me; I was on national tv.

  • @InspectorSnatch: hopefully that was sarcasm...smh -_-

  • call me crazy but i think this dude intentionally or unintentionally made the jury hate jeff ashton and the prosecutors subconsciously...which made tehm acquit casey. lots of times people dont know why they do what they do....

  • @patriciacarrasco

I'm sorry, but I believe that your explanation is a stretch since no one but the cameraman saw the gesture WHEN it happened. . I do believe the young man was in contempt of court but I do not think it influenced the jury any more than when Mr. Ashton was laughing during Mr. Baez's closing arguments.

  • Fuck Perry and Baez too while we are at it. If I was there I would have flipped them off. Freedom of speech bitches. Same constitution that set a murderer free today.

  • what a idiot

  • He's a real catch ladies, working at TGI Friday's and making 15k/year! His punishment should be fucking Casey and having to lick her genital warts

  • @TechLine21, you're WRONG! Decorum in the court supersedes Constitutional Rights to what you call 'free speech'. Btw, how does anyone condone what this idiot did. All you morons want to do is make excuses for him. How pathetic. You're also the ones who'll back Casey just because she's 'cute'. What that bietch did was not cute. When the heat was on, she conveniently pointed the finger at someone else. Ie, sexual abuse that never occurred. I'm waiting for the 'guilty' verdict!

  • @TschNJ preach it!!!

  • @adhadhinbo, No, dummy, it's NOT ' fare'. But it WAS ' fair'! You should have stayed in school. You may have learned something.

I cannot believe the mentality of today's youth. Thank God we remained child-free!

  • Both lawyers, Baez & Ashton violated court rules just like that guy who flipped his middle finger in court, non of them got arrested just like that poor guy. Thats not fare!!.

  • Check your tapes, at 2:34PM when this "incident" occurred, the jury was NOT in the courtroom. Who knows how he was treated by the deputies back there, after all, they weren't even the ones who caught it and probably told him the jury was in the room when they weren't. Perry certainly acted as if he threw his finger in the air for all to see including Jeff Ashton and the jury, but THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. No option for representation w/ a televised trial makes the US feel like a 3rd world nation.

  • WHY DIDN't HE JUST SAY "Sorry Judge, I meant to pick my nose but thought it inappropriate to do so in court so changed my mind at the last moment"

"Yes Judge, I always use my middle finger to booger hunt"

  • the young dumb fucker should have been executed for his disrespect.

  • Okay, some if you are pissed that he got jail time for this. Why? There are RULES in court. There are signs posted everywhere saying be quiet, no gestures, no audible or visual signs of agreement or disagreement during court. Paint it any shade you want, contempt of court is breaking the law. His punishment is fair and justified.

  • Whar the fuck is wrong with you people? Who would seriously put someone in jail for flipping a finger? Fine him, sure, but christ how about we work on putting people in jail who should be there?

The way that it is being popularized is making it into a joke. I hope she is put to death just for the lols at this point.

    fuck that judge.

  • HAHA Whats more embarrasing being busted for flipping the bird to a judge or ADMITTING YOUR A FAN OF CASEY ANTHONY'S! I cant decide which is worse! What a fucking moron! Poor Parents!

  • This is the same day that the jusge allows the prosecution to enter evidence that was beyond the deadline to do so. Then denied the defense the same courtesy. The judge has told the defense to expedite the trial so that a jury member can attend a vacation. Yet disrupts the trial to take the time to make a precedance of this young mans indiscretion. This young woman faces the death penalty. Her life is on the line and this judge is making a mockery of our judical system.

  • This is how dumb the guy is. He told the judge he did it and at the lawyer. Not only that, he appealed the sentence. Trouble is the Judge was very smart. He asked him what he did and he spilled his guts. His appeal won't do any good now.

  • @JerridPayne Hey Jared, that would probably be a little too fast for me, plus I'm not actually gay. Though, I did have a friend who was gay, he told me that gay's like guys with beards because they fantasize about cumming in the beards. I would imagine you as being a Bear if we were to have a gay relationship, possibly with a beard. I don't know what you look like but I'd imagine you would be a burley strong man by the way you sound, hairy. With a beard..

  • What a douche!

  • $100 for each finger he kept down in hopes that he will learn to keep to keep the middle one under control... BELVIN DON'T PLAY!!!

  • Dear Jerid, that's pretty interesting! And your right, sarcasm IS hard to detect over text on the internet. I didn't know that! Maybe I'm not as smart as I thought ha ha!

  • It was barely noticeable. Had he said he didn't do it, if had done it it was purely by accident, etc... he would've probably got off. How could they prove he did it on purpose if he said he didn't?

It doesn't make him less of an idiot though. Dude just learned what happens to smartass losers in this country.

Heck, he said he makes 14 or 15,000 dollars a year, and his monthy expenses are $1500/month (= $18k a year). He barely has any money in bank accts. He would've CREDIT CARD paid the fine!

  • Here is what I would have said. (Your honer, Under the constitution of the United States of America, that I and every one in this court and outside of this court is entitled to Freedom of speech and freedom of expression , so there for I see no wrong doing on my part...regardless if the sign was there or not, How ever if you wish to continue with this case I would like to hire a layer and proceed with an appeal.

  • @teckNine2010 And Judge Perry still would have hammered him. Free speech protects REASONABLE speech. Flipping someone off in court it NOT reasonable.

  • @teckNine2010 And Judge Perry still would have hammered him. Free speech protects REASONABLE speech. Flipping someone off in court it NOT reasonable.

  • @teckNine2010 OK then by your logic, I can also SHOUT AND HOLLER AND YELL DURING THE TRIAL, because it's just my right "FREE SPEECH". Not.

  • Matthew Bartlett:

By night- A shy, effeminate 'server' at TGI Fridays.

By day- A textbook Idiot.. boldly tempting fate to bend him over and rooter his exhaust chute on the world stage.

  • LOL

  • @MatthewBartlet haha wooowwww....nice username. ASSHOLE.

  • Bird bird bird, the bird is the word !

Bird bird bird, the bird is the word ! Yeah !

    - Peter G

  • hahah u stupid little bitch!!!! I am so glad that some little puke smartass punk like you finally got a little payback. I wish he would have put u away longer u little smart ass bitch. Thank you God for allowing me the happiness of seeing a little scumbag punk finally get a little of what they deserve

  • I bet BELVIN Perry is related to REFRIGERATOR Perry...

  • @JerridPayne Dear Jerrid, I'm sorry you did not pick up my sarcasm in my post. Surely you have big muscles and I don't want to say anything negative back because you SOUND like a tough guy.

  • @MatthewBartlet u want a killer on the loose?

  • what a douchebag.

  • Lord, please don't allow my kids to grow up this stupid and disrespectful. I'm working hard at raising them right, but I need your help because this is what their friends are like.

  • He should have DENIED, DENIED, and DENIED and said it was not intentional. "Your honor I was honestly itching my face, listening intently to the proceedings, and I didn't even realize that happened! I would never be that stupid to think I could get away with something like that in your court room!" Whether that would have worked or not , who knows? Honestly though how could they prove that you did something like that intentionally? Why wasn't he allowed to ask for a court appointed attorney?

  • @angie48073 Problem with that is if the judge finds he is lying (which he definitely would have), he would have added additional contempt charges and increased his time in jail. That would have been a stupid move to deny it.

  • So he makes about 15,000 a year, makes 1500 a month? and has $12.00 in his savings account. Hmm.. that adds up!

  • @kklaus6154 You must be a kid, living at home. You have no idea how much Real Life costs.

  • @shroomy115 Yes SHROOMY, you have me pegged. I have no idea about "Real Life" and in fact I was wondering if I could learn from you, someone who is surely out of their parents basement by now. .

  • Get your "Free Matthew Bartlett"T-Shirts Now! Got to my Channel!

  • If I was the judge, I would have given him 30 days and $5,000. Also, if it was in my power I'd have him held in L.A. County lockup instead of Orange county. That would be good.

Either way, I'm sure he'll get a surprise up that wise little ass of his.

  • @shkunk1: easy mistake, but it's the other Orange County, in Orlando, FL. I get your overall meaning though :P

  • @shkunk1 Just an after thought to my on comment:

Forget about L.A. lockup. Maricopa county in AZ might suck even worse. That's on the top of my wish list of where he could serve his sentence.

  • good for the judge. The kid even admitted he did it on purpose..now he's in jail during the holidays n will probably lose his job. The judge is tired, the jury is tired n want this case done. He could have caused a mistrial meaning all them years of hard work would have went down the drain. Respect the court while your in court. N y was he even there?

  • LOL - Matthew Bartlett is one DUMB 28 year old.

Hope he is learning about "prison life" right now.

(From the sound of his high-pitched voice, he appears to be willing, anyway, lol)

  • He probably expects to get paid by the Enquirer.

  • This kid is my hero and I will personally pay for his appeal, this whole trial is a travesty of justice.

  • He is at least the third person to cause a distraction in court, which is probably why he got such a harsh sentence. Judge Perry is trying to nip the nonsense in a bud.

This is a death penalty case. The jurors are not to be distracted by those in the audience or it could lead to a mistrial. Taxpayers don't want to pay for the BS. This guy got everything he deserved for being a douchebag.

  • When Judge Perry asked Matthew why he did it, Matthew should have said that "it was an accident that snowballed out of control." Now, THAT would have been funny! Yeah, he would have gone to jail longer than 6 days for the added comment, but at least he'd be an instant celebrity versus a douche bag.

  • @counthere: hilarious!

  • @counthere, that is the best comment you said. If he said on why he put up his middle finger, "it was an accident that snowballed out of control."

This guy would be dating Jennifer Aniston or Cameron Diaz.

  • @counthere hahahha good one ...love this ..im still laffing

  • @counthere - ROFL...good one.

  • I work at that Friday's and our phone has been going off the hook

  • The courtroom isn't a place to act like an idiot to show off to friends/tv/whatever. 6 days is obviously to punish this douchebag, but hopefully also deter other douchebag from future similar behavior.

  • first off the whole thing only took like 10 minutes i believe. he cant just sentence him 6 days without giving an explanation and makin it clear to others why he cant do it plus this case is so popular right now his peers (other judges) are watching him as well. and for someone to say DECENT WHITE MAN your moronic punk bitch ass shouldn't be fallowing any court case!

  • AS IF THIS TRIAL ISN'T DRAGGINGON FOR EVER JUDGE PERRY MUST BE GETTING BY THE HOUR TO BABBLE ON ABOUT THIS RUDE BUT SIMPLE ACT. PERRY SHOULD HAVE ,MERELY REPRIMANDED HIM PUBLICLY AND HAD HIM BARRED FROM THE COURT ROOM FOR A FEW DAYS BUT 6 DAYS IN JAIL ALONG WITH THE FINE IS AN EXTREME OVERKILL. IT'S OBVIOUS TO ME THAT PERRY'S RULING WAS BECAUSE HE IS A DECENT LOOKING WHITE MAN.

  • @zungemann Well I'm a white guy and he looks like a douche to me too. He could have gotten a lot more than what he got.

  • OMG...he didn't even really flip him off proper !! Hahaaa I'm glad he was caught and in Jail :)

  • @lordkrazy hahaha oh wow, he wouldn't gotten life in prison for that!!! lol

  • Thanks for posting the actual gesture. This is fucking ridiculous. I dont know all the details, but if thats it, judge perry should be imprisoned for 6 days. Totally harmless

  • There's probably a job opening at TGIFridays in Orlando, FL now.

  • @jrenteria51 i think he did it for the camera. just trying to show off for his friends at home. but thats just my take on it. i dont know if he has a reason to dislike ashton.

  • @joshholaday1 No, he told the judge he was flipping off Jeff Ashton.

  • @JediPug1 I don't believe that is correct. The Judge just assumed that in his questioning. He never asked who he asked why.

  • Bet he regrets that now!!

  • Your on Candid Camera!!! LOL what an immature idiot...guess that ruined his plans of being the cool dude to all his friends. hahaha

  • How in the fuck did anyone catch that??

  • @ladrifter764 A TV viewer caught it, tweeted back to a reported in the courtroom, the reporter told the court.

  • i understand Perry wants to establish a no nonsense atmosphere and I would be really upset if they had to call a mistrial because of all the money spent but i still think 6 days in jail is a little much. how would that in any way effect the jury's decision

  • @joshholaday1 should of game him the full 6 months

  • @champkingpa2fl Why?!?! that in no way that i can see would influence the jury.

  • He is my new hero!

  • This is just fantastic!!! Just shows the mentality of some people. Wonder if he's the talk of Friday's at Millenia mall.

  • I don't think he'll be working at Fridays long from the reports I'm getting.

  • This was hilarious! Judge ripped him apart! Hopefully he can keep his awesome job as a 28 year old server at TGI Fridays...id make the trip to Florida just so I could laugh at him in person! I especially loved watching the handcuffs go on IMMEDIATELY after...what a winner!

  • judge perry is stern...stern but fair.

  • I'm sure this idiot thought he was being cute. Don't disrepect Judge Perry's court room, b*tch!

  • @bmt22033 I totally agree that judge is a strict s.o.b .. and jeff ashton is one aggresive lawyer thank god he is on the states side..
