This is the same day that the jusge allows the prosecution to enter evidence that was beyond the deadline to do so. Then denied the defense the same courtesy. The judge has told the defense to expedite the trial so that a jury member can attend a vacation. Yet disrupts the trial to take the time to make a precedance of this young mans indiscretion. This young woman faces the death penalty. Her life is on the line and this judge is making a mockery of our judical system.
This is how dumb the guy is. He told the judge he did it and at the lawyer. Not only that, he appealed the sentence. Trouble is the Judge was very smart. He asked him what he did and he spilled his guts. His appeal won't do any good now.

The courtroom isn't a place to act like an idiot to show off to friends/tv/whatever. 6 days is obviously to punish this douchebag, but hopefully also deter other douchebag from future similar behavior.

first off the whole thing only took like 10 minutes i believe. he cant just sentence him 6 days without giving an explanation and makin it clear to others why he cant do it plus this case is so popular right now his peers (other judges) are watching him as well. and for someone to say DECENT WHITE MAN your moronic punk bitch ass shouldn't be fallowing any court case!

AS IF THIS TRIAL ISN'T DRAGGINGON FOR EVER JUDGE PERRY MUST BE GETTING BY THE HOUR TO BABBLE ON ABOUT THIS RUDE BUT SIMPLE ACT. PERRY SHOULD HAVE ,MERELY REPRIMANDED HIM PUBLICLY AND HAD HIM BARRED FROM THE COURT ROOM FOR A FEW DAYS BUT 6 DAYS IN JAIL ALONG WITH THE FINE IS AN EXTREME OVERKILL. IT'S OBVIOUS TO ME THAT PERRY'S RULING WAS BECAUSE HE IS A DECENT LOOKING WHITE MAN.

i understand Perry wants to establish a no nonsense atmosphere and I would be really upset if they had to call a mistrial because of all the money spent but i still think 6 days in jail is a little much. how would that in any way effect the jury's decision

This was hilarious! Judge ripped him apart! Hopefully he can keep his awesome job as a 28 year old server at TGI Fridays...id make the trip to Florida just so I could laugh at him in person! I especially loved watching the handcuffs go on IMMEDIATELY after...what a winner!
