hmnm. Figure what format those sounds you downloaded are. Then use winamp or windows media player to rip it into the same format. That way, it shouldn't make a difference what the source of the sound file is, just as long as they are the same format.
Probably the same way as you put the other sound in there. Rip it from the cd into mp3 format onto your harddrive and then go from there. I dunno either; I have no clue how you do these but they are pretty neat.
