@phantabulouslyphat i was only eating 800 calories a day during my weightloss, now i am far more muscled, as for this Kinerfelts syndrome i assure you i dont have those symptoms .
I Lost 1/3 my fat while driving bicycle you know at summer almost evry day i drived with bycicly 1-3 times per day how i calculated so from 3months of sumer i drived 2months and half with bycicle every day for 1-3hours now im loosing others in gym and gained some muscles in 2months so yeah YOU DONT NEED TO USE DIET just DONT !!! eat fast food i know its really looks tasty but eat like chicken eat fruits other shit and drink lot of WATER !!! before 30mins to eat drink lot of water EAT EVERY 3h !
